I am an experienced counsellor based in Essex offering a range of counselling sessions on a long, medium or short term basis. 

 

I offer a welcoming, calm and confidential space where you will be able to discuss your difficulties. 

 

In turn you will feel valued, respected and understood whilst we work together to create the changes that you would like to see within your life.

The most common areas that I can help you with are: stress, anxiety, panic, sadness, depression, relationship issues, marriage counselling, separation and divorce, bereavement and grief, pre and post natal depression, addiction self harm as well as eating disorders and obsessive compulsive behaviour.
